Information about your Financial Privacy

In July 2001 a law went into effect governing the privacy of consumer financial information.  It was called the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act.  One requirement of this Act is the disclosure of our policies regarding the protection of your personal information.  Confidentiality has always been important to us in providing our customers with outstanding service.  We do not sell personal information to third party businesses.  Following is an explanation of how we use and protect this information about our customers.  Please read it carefully.

The sources we use to collect nonpublic information about you:
Information you provide to us on applications or other forms.
Information about your transactions with us or others.
Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

We do not disclose any nonpublic information about our customers or former customers to anyone except as permitted by law.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide services or products to you.  We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
